Abstract
Objective Caroli's Disease is a rare premalignent congenital bile tract malformation and if it cannot be treated as early as possible,the prognosis wil be very serious.Most published literatures that depict the disease were case report and very few series trials.Methods We analysed the clinical data of 41 patients who admit ed in Chinese PLA general hospital in 15 years retrospectively to improve the knowledge of diagnosis and surgical treatment for Caroli's Disease.Results Only 4 cases were diagnosed by physical examination.Conclusion Caroli's Disease is an asymptomatic bile duct malformation that can develop to cholangiocarcinoma and should be treated by operation as soon as possible.关键词
