摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical ef icacy of nifedipine sustained-release tablets in the treatment of the diabetic patients with hypertension complicated.Methods In our hospital in patients with hypertension and diabetes mel itus in 98 patients as the research object,and divided according to the treatment for two groups,49 cases in each group,the control group was treated with irbesartan,observation group were treated with oral administration of nifedipine sustained-release tablets,compared to two groups of clinical curative ef ect.Results In the control group,the total ef ective rate was 81.6%,significantly lower than those in the observation group was 95.9%,the dif erence has statistical significance ( <0.05);indexes of two groups of the treatment dif erences before is not obvious( >0.05),after treatment,blood pressure,SCR and before treatment dif erences significantly( <0.05);observation of the treatment group blood pressure was significantly lower than the control group, the dif erence in contrast significantly ( <0.05).Conclusion Hypertension combined with diabetes patients with nifedipine sustained-release tablets in the treatment ef ect is obvious,rapid and ef ective antihypertensive and does not af ect the patient's heart rate,safe and reliable.关键词
