摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the ef ect of the free peroneal artery perforator flap for treatment of hand and foot soft tissue defect.Methods 50 cases of 2010.01~2015.01 during the period of hand and foot soft tissue defect were treated in our hospital by computer sampling method,they were divided into two groups,control group used the traditional belt pedicle abdominal flap transfer repair treatment;the treatment group used the free peroneal artery perforator flap repair treatment.Results In the treatment group were excel ent and good rate of limb function 96%(24/25)is much higher than that of the control group 72%(18/25),the dif erence was statistical y significant <0.05.Conclusion The free peroneal artery perforator and repair of soft tissue defect of the treatment has the advantages of simple operation,good appearance characteristics,ef ectively promote the recovery of limb function.关键词
