摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the ef icacy of amiodarone in the treatment of arrhythmias.Methods Analyze of patients with ar hythmia hospital in January 2014~January 2015 admit ed to the clinical data of 80 cases were randomly divided into a control group and the experimental group and the control group received conventional antiar hythmic therapy,the experimental group were plus amiodarone treatment on the basis of ef icacy between the two groups of patients and adverse reactions.Results The total ef ective rate was 90%in the control group,the total ef ective rate was 70%, improved heart function in patients in the experimental group was significantly bet er than the control group,the dif erence was significant ( <0.05),the adverse reaction rate in the experimental group 10%,slightly higher than 7.5%,the dif erence was not statistical y significant ( >0.05).Conclusion Amiodarone has a good ef ect on a variety of ar hythmias,cardiac ar hythmia control significant ef ect, side ef ects.关键词
