摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the related factors caused refractory heart failure and clinical treatment methods and ef ects.Methods Selected hospital in 2013-2015 in patients with refractory heart failure treated 30 patients with the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,summarized its causes and treatment.Results The factors that lead to the emergence of refractory heart failure are:respiratory infections,myocardial ischemia,excessive fatigue,electrolyte imbalance,cardiac arrhythmias,digitalis and lack of medication under doctor's orders not like;after symptomatic treatment,the total ef iciency of the clinical treatment of patients 96.7%.Conclusion Refractory heart failure during treatment the patient should be ful y taken into account a variety of factors,including physiology, pathology and side ef ects of the drug itself,etc.targeted for treatment plan,it is possible to achieve outstanding results.关键词
