摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the difference between the standard chemotherapy combined with Kangfuxin Liquid and the only standard therapy to treat pulmonary tuberculosis,especially in improving the rate of the sputum becoming negative and the cavity closure rate of cavitary tuberculosis patients. Methods Between January 2010 and December 2012, 120 smear positive patients (cavitary patients included) were divided into two groups at random:experiment group (group A) treated with standard chemotherapy and Kangfuxin;and control group (group B) treated with standard chemotherapy only. Results The sputum of patients becomes negative more quickly, and the rate of cavity occlusion was significantly higher in group A. And also the hemostasis was faster. Conclusion Standard chemotherapy combined with Kangfuxin Liquid is a more effective way for the treatment of the inanition of pulmonary tuberculosis and can reduce the time of becoming negative, worthy of clinical application.关键词
