上海市周家桥社区老年人轻度认知功能障碍调查分析
Investigation of the elderly with mild cognitive impairment in Shanghai Zhoujiaqiao Community
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the prevalence and the influential factors of mild cognitive impairment (MCI) among elderly (age≥ 60 years) in Shanghai Zhoujiaqiao Community. Methods Cluster sampling method was used. 1059 elderly in Zhoujiaqiao Community were investigated. Cognitive function was assessed by Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE). Using X2 test to compare the influence of different factors on the patients with MCI.Results We found 137 elderly with MCI. The prevalence of MCI among elderly in community was 12.9%. The influential factors of MCI included age, education level and health status (P<0.05). Conclusion The prevalence of MCI among elderly in community is relative high. We should pay attention to it. We should also actively treat the chronic diseases of elder in community.关键词
