摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of prepuce foreskin excision plus plate treatment of phimosis and redundant prepuce. Methods In our hospital From August 2007 to August 2013,prepuce patients 325 cases were wrapping plate and outer plate of praeputium myomectomy in our hospital. Results There was less bleeding in all patients,postoperative reaction was light,incision swelling blood stasis light,fast healing,inside and outside wrapping plates neat incision,accurate positioning.And there was no foreskin is too short complications. Conclusion It has many advantages by wrapping plate and outer plate of praeputium excision in redundant prepuce patients. Such as operation as far as possible retention in tissue,vascular injury, less bleeding,postoperative response to light,healing fast,accurate positioning, neat incision,scar light,and so on.It is worthy to be popularized in clinical practice.关键词
