Abstract
Objective To compare women's satisfaction with three-point or the traditional double eyelidplasty in different ages. Methods Total of 163 women from January 2010 to January 2014 accepted double eyelidplasty in our clinic, 80 with three-point double eyelidplasty and 83 with the traditional operation.According to different ages,they were divided into the young group( 18-40)and the middle-age group(41-65),with 86 and 77 cases respectively.Satisfactory surveys were done 6 months post operation and four levels as very satisfaction,satisfaction,common and not satisfaction for a choice.SAS 9.2 statistical software was used to do the rank sum test between two ranked data. Results The higher satisfaction of three-point eyelidplasty has been observed than the traditional operation in the young group and also comparing with the middle-age group.The satisfaction of traditional eyelidplasty has no significant difference between two groups,but it's higher than three-point eyelidplasty in middle-age group. Conclusion Young women are more satisfied with three-point eyelidplasty and the traditional eyelidplasty is more suitable for middle-age women.关键词
