Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of limited-incision combined with running buried suture methods in construction of double eyelid. Methods 76 cases with asymmetric eyelid were selected from June 2013 to June 2014.They were randomly divided into control group and observational group.Patients of control group were treated by the conventional plastic repair,and those of observational group were treated using combined limited-incision with running buried suture method.Then the plastic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The satisfaction rate for observational group was 97.4%,it was significantly better than control group,92.1%,and there was a statistical significant difference(P<0.05)between the two groups with regard to clinical efect after treatment. Conclusion Limited-incision combined with running buried suture methods in construction of double eyelid had a better clinical effect and a higher satisfaction rate,thus we suggeste the technique being widely adopted.关键词
