Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of asymmetric double- fold eyelid plastic prosthesis. Methods Selected 92 patients with plastic repair of asymmetric double-fold eyelid treated in our hospital from January to December in 2014,cases randomly divided into control group with 46 cases treated by doubling eyelid operation and observation group with 46 cases treated by mini-incision fusion to fat and embedded wire.The satisfactions, hemorrhage of surgery,surgery time, healing time,adverse reaction and the long-term maintaining effect of the two group were compared. Results Study group,the satisfaction rate was 95.6%,the control group was 60.9%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time, bleeding volume and healing time of the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 2.2%, and the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 4.3%,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Asymmetric double eyelid plastic surgery to repair the small incision surgery ,slow removal of fat and some of the embedded wire strategy can be very good to achieve the expected purposes of the patients and meet the aesthetic needs of the patients.So it is ,worth studying.关键词
