摘要
Abstract
Objective The observation of the clinical effects of glassfiber-reinforced composit post and core in the restoration of residual crowns and residual roots joint full crown restoration with palladium silver and Palladium silver casting metal post and core joint full crown restoration with palladium silver metal. Methods A total of 112 teeth from 68 patients in The First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University,were treated with root canal therapies,afterwards,accordingto the different situationsof patients,restored by glass fiber core and crowns(36 patients,58 teeth)or palladium silver metal post and core(32 patients,54 teeth).All patients were visited for 2 years as follow-up. Results Glass fiber post and core groups treatment success rate was 89.7%,52 teeth were success,6 teeth were failed.Palladium silver metal post and core groups treatment success rate was 87.0%,47 teeth were success,7 teeth were failed,including of 3 root fractured.The success ratio of these two groups statistically was no significance(P>0.05). Conclusion The root canal therapy of residual roots and residual crowns repair treatment has taken relatively under perfect condition of standard procedure and guidance,whether it is glass fiber post and core or palladium silver metal post and core,have a higher survival rate over 2 years of observation period.But the incidence of root fracture is Higher in palladium silver Metal post restoration,so clinically need more attention.That glass fiber post repair effect has certain advantages compared to the palladium silver metal post,use of high value.关键词
