硝普钠与多巴胺联合静滴用药治疗难治性心衰82例疗效分析
Analysis of the curative effect of intravenous medication combined sodium nitroprusside with dopamine in the treatment of 82 cases with refractory heart failure

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of intravenous medication combined sodium nitroprusside with dopamine in the treatment of refractory heart failure.Methods:82 patients with refractory heart failure were selected.All patients were given conventional therapy.On this basis,they also received sodium nitroprusside(30 mg),dopamine 20 mg,added 47 ml glucose of 5%into trace pump,and sustained application for 7 days.Results:The differences in left ventricular ejection fraction,cardiac function NYHA grading,Quality of life score,and 6 min walking distance were statistically significant before and after treatment,in addations,the diastolic blood pressure,systolic pressure,average heart rate and mean arterial pressure also has statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intravenous medication combined sodium nitroprusside with dopamine in the treatment of refractory heart failure has remarkable effect.关键词
