CT引导下射频热凝联合臭氧消融术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察
Observation on the efficacy of radiofrequency thermal coagulation under CT guidance combined with ozone ablation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation

Abstract
Objective:To explore the recent curative effect of radiofrequency thermal coagulation under CT guidance combined with ozone ablation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:90 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected,they were randomly divided into the treatment group,the control A group and the control B group,the treatment group was treated with radiofrequency thermal coagulation under CT guidance combined with ozone ablation,the control A group was treated with radiofrequency thermal coagulation under CT guidance,the control B group was treated with ozone injection,we compared the treatment effect of the 3 groups.Results:On the day of treatment,the VAS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control A group and control B group(t=5.65,5.02,P<0.05).The recent curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control A group and control B group(χ 2=4.02,3.98,5.49,7.37,P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of radiofrequency thermal coagulation under CT guidance combined with ozone ablation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation was significant,the operation was simple,and the security was high.关键词
