Perioperative management on 37 patients with diabetes mellitus taken gynecological surgery

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the scientific treatment of gynecological surgery on patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods:74 patients with diabetes mellitus who taken gynecological operation were selected.They were randomly divided into the conventional group and the comprehensive group with 37 cases in each.Patients in the conventional group were given routine treatment,while in the comprehensive group patients were implemented comprehensive quality treatment.Results:The recovery effect of patients in the comprehensive group was significantly better than in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adopting scientific quality of the perioperative management measures actively can control the patient's body blood glucose effectively,in order to ensure patients get through the perioperative period safely.关键词
