摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of mifepristone combined with methotrexate in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:40 patients with ectopic pregnancy were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.Patients in the control group were given mifepristone,while in the observation group were treated with mifepristone and MTX.Results:After the treatment,clinical symptoms and signs disappeared time in the observation group was significantly shorter than in the control group,and also the blood β-HCG decreased clearance time and package block narrow time monitoring by B ultrasound(P<0.05).The total efficiency of the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mifepristone combined with methotrexate has better effect in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy,better than the single mifepristone treatment,and the course of disease can be shorten significantly,with less adverse reactions.关键词
