阿托品联合奥美拉唑对急性胃炎的治疗效果分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of atropine combined with omeprazole for acute gastritis.Methods:100 patients with acute gastritis were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each.The control group were given omeprazole treatment.The observation group was given atropine treatment on the basis of the control group.The curative effects of two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reactions cases of the observation group was significantly more than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Atropine combined with omeprazole for acute gastritis has significant curative effect,the adverse reactions are less.关键词
