Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect of globulin joint montelukast for children with RSV bronchiolitis.Methods:110 patients with RSV bronchiolitis were selected.They were randomly divided into the routine treatment group and the experimental group with 55 cases in each.The routine treatment group were treated with conventional symptomatic treatment,and the experimental group on the basis of routine treatment given intravenous immunoglobulin combined with montelukast,the course of treatment was 14 d.We compared the conventional treatment group and the experimental group of children with wheeze,cough, wheezing,rales disappeared time and cure rate.Results:The clinical trials group the cure rate was 92.7%,and the routine treatment group was 69.0%.Comparing with two groups of children in dyspnea,cough,wheezing,rales,there were significant differences(P<0.05).The symptoms disappeared time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the conventional treatment group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of globulin joint montelukast for children with RSV bronchiolitis is outstanding.关键词
