摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of X-ray examination in children with mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods:48 children with mycoplasma pneumonia were examined normotopia and lateral position chest radiography.Results:Among all of those 48 cases,there were 33 cases belong to interstitial infiltration type pneumonia;12 cases were acinar consolidation,3 cases were mixed type.30 cases of lesions were located in the right lung,and 18 cases in the left lung.There were 43 cases with side lobe lesions,and 5 cases with double lung involvement.Lesion in the right side was significantly higher than that in the left,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mycoplasma pneumonia has variety X-ray manifestations,and chest X-ray radiography examination combined its characteristics with severe clinical respiratory symptoms and slight pulmonary signs still has greater value in the early diagnosis.关键词
