Abstract
Objective:To explore the correlation of BNP in acute myocardial infarction with left ventricular function and prognosis. Methods:60 patients with acute myocardial infarction were selected.According to the level of plasma BNP,they were divided into the control group(BNP≤250 pg/mL) of 31 cases and the study group(BNP>250 pg/mL) of 29 cases.We compared the Killip classification and the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),and analyzed the adverse events of the two groups.Results:With the elevation of BNP level,the proportion of Ⅱ grade and above in Killip classification of the two groups was significantly increased, and LVEF was going down.In the study group,the proportion of Ⅱ grade in Killip was significantly higher than the control group, and the LVEF was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with acute myocardial infarction,the level of BNP was positively correlated with the severity of Killip grade.It was negatively correlated with LVEF,and there was no significant correlation with adverse events.关键词
