摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application value of comprehensive nursing intervention on the treatment compliance and clinical effect of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:80 patients with coronary heart disease were divided into the control and the observation group with 40 cased in each according to the double blind method.They were given the conventional nursing and comprehensive nursing intervention respectively.Results:The treatment compliance and clinical efficacy of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with coronary heart disease can obviously improve the treatment compliance and clinical effect,improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing service, and reduce the hospitalization time and cost.关键词
