Abstract
Objective:To investigate the practice and effect of the medical and nursing integrative pain management mode. Methods:We compared the pain nursing quality,inpatient satisfaction and the approval degree of the medical staff for the medical and nursing integrated pain management mode between before and after 1 year of the implementation of the medical and nursing integrative pain management mode.Results:The first rate of pain assessment,the dynamic assessment rate and pain intervention rate reached more than 90%;the satisfaction degree of the inpatients and the satisfaction degree of the nurses observed the disease, health education and service attitude were more than 96%.The differences between before and after the implementation were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The medical and nursing integrated pain management mode can improve the quality of the pain management,improve the patient experience,and improve the professional achievement of nursing staff.关键词
