Observation and nursing strategy of narrow band ultraviolet in the treatment of psoriasis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the observation of narrow band ultraviolet in the treatment of psoriasis and its nursing strategy. Methods:220 patients with psoriasis were selected.All the patients were treated with narrow band ultraviolet phototherapy,and also received targeted clinical nursing at the same time.Results:Among those 220 cases,145 cases were markedly effective,62 cases were effective,and 13 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 94.1%.23 patients occurred complications,and the incidence of complications was 10.5%.Conclusion:Narrow band ultraviolet in the treatment of psoriasis has significantly clinical effect,and targeted clinical nursing were given at the same time,so the complications can be prevented.关键词
