Abstract
In daily life,community prevention and management of chronic non-communicable diseases is extremely important.It is need on community-based to make preventive measures of chronic non-communicable diseases,in order to reduce the inci-dence of chronic non-communicable diseases,reduce mortality and disability rate,effective control of chronic non-communicable diseases,and improve the quality of life of our residents.关键词
