Application of participation management mode in nursing management of departments
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application of participation management mode in nursing management of departments. Methods:We selected the application involvement management mode in a certain department.Started from the aspects of organizational learning,planning,management division and quality control,we compared the quality of nursing before and after the application.Results:The qualified rate of nursing quality was better than before the application(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of participation management mode in nursing management of departments can help head nurses' macro to manage the departments,enhance the nurses' sense of responsibility and work ability,reduce the contradiction between people,and improve team work force,to provide high quality nursing service for patients.关键词
