Abstract
Objective: To analyze clinical treatment effect of compound ipratropium bromide combined with ambrocol oral liquid on children with bronchiolitis with oxygen atomization inhalation.Method: 100 children with bronchiolitis in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, control group and experiment group. The control group was given conventional method, and the experiment group was given with compound ipratropium bromide combined with ambrocol oral application liquid atomization inhalation treatment, and the clinical curative effect, the symptoms, and signs disappeared time process conditions between the two groups were compared.Result: The total effective rate of the experiment group was 96%, which was significantly higher than 70% of the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). The wheezing disappearance time, wheezing disappearance time, cough disappeared time, and wet rale disappearance time were (5.24±1.79)d, (3.14±0.89)d, (4.39±1.19)d, and (3.13±0.95)d, which were significantly lower than (8.83±2.13)d, (4.98±1.23)d, (6.48±1.39)d and (4.72±1.43)d of the control group, and the differences were significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: Compound ipratropium bromide combined with ambrocol oral liquid on children with bronchiolitis clinical treatment effect of oxygen atomization inhalation is significantly, safe and reliable, worthy of promotion.关键词
