Abstract
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of duloxetine in combination of escitalopram for patients with depression.Method: 128 patients who were admitted in the psychiatry department of our hospital and psychological department of Zhongshan People’s Hospital were chosen as research objects. They were divided into control group 1 (40 patients), control group 2 (40 patients), and observation group (48 patients). Patients in the control group 1 were cured with the application of duloxetine, and the control group 2 with escitalopram while patients in the observation group were cured with combination of the two kinds of medicine. The clinical effect of the three groups was compared.Result: The total effective rate of the observation group was 83.3%, which was higher than 72.5% of the control group 1, and 75.0% of the control group 2. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, HAMD grade of the observation groupwas remarkably lower than that of the two control groups, which had statistical significance (P<0.05). The contrast difference in incidence of adverse reactions of the three groups had no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion: Duloxetine in combination of escitalopram for patients with depression has obvious clinical effect. It is worth of promotion.关键词
