Abstract
Objective: To investigate clinical nursing experience during chemotherapy of patients with malignant tumor.Method: From May 2013 to May 2014, 120 patients with malignant tumor who were treated by chemotherapy were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention during chemotherapy, and the control group was given routine nursing care during chemotherapy. The nursing effects between the two groups were compared.Result: The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 6.67%, and the overall satisfaction rate was 96.67%, and that of the control group was 28.33%, and 71.67%, respectively. There was statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion: During chemotherapy of the patients with malignant tumor, giving high quality comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively avoid the influence of adverse drug reactions on patients, and it can effectively reduce the psychological pressure of patients and their family members. In the end, it could promote the recovery of body and mind of patients, and it is worth being promoted in clinic.关键词
