Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical situation of EB virus (EBV) infection in children.Method:200 cases of EB virus infection from our hospital admissions were selected as the object of study, they were divided into two groups according to acute and chronic, 120 cases of acute, 80 cases of chronic.The two groups were carried out the laboratory examination,the results of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result: Initial symptoms of Epstein Barr virus infection included fever, cough,sore throat and swollen lymph nodes. The total T cells, CD8+ T cells and CD8+T cells/HLA-DR of acute group were significantly higher than those of chronic group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical manifestations of EB virus infection in children is complex and often involve a variety of systems, total T cells, CD8+ T cells and CD8+ T cells/HLA-DR can as acute and chronic comparision criterion, and strengthen monitoring of CD8+ T cells, also has a positive significance on the prognosis, should pay more attention.关键词
