Abstract
Objective: To investigate the amlodipine rosuvastatin calcium tablets in treatment of hypertension and coronary heart disease clinical effect and inflammatory reaction.Method: The study objects were 100 patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014, and were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with nifedipine, the observation group was treated with amlodipine rosuvastatin calcium. To compare level of blood pressure, ECG improvement and adverse reaction rate between the two groups.Result: After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 98.00%, which was higher than 32.00% of the control group. After treatment, coronary artery disease average systolicand diastolic blood pressure values of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, hs-CRP, IL-18, C-myc, and Bcl-2 level between the two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion: Amlodipine rosuvastatin calcium tablet in the treatment of hypertension and coronary heart disease curative effect, in the effective antihypertensive and hypolipidemic effect, its anti-inflammatory and anti apoptosis and clinical efficacy, is worthy of clinical application.关键词
