Abstract
ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical results of laparoscopic liver resection combined with choledochoscope in the treatment of hepatolithiasis.MethodAccording to the different surgical methods for the ifrst time 60 patients with left hepatolithiasis were divided into study group and control group, study group underwent laparoscopic liver resection combined with choledochoscope, control group underwent open surgery.ResultThe operative time of study group was slightly more than control group (P>0.05), blood loss and exhaust time in study group were signiifcantly less and shorter than control group (P<0.01); the incidence of biliary ifstula, postoperative bleeding and abdominal cavity cyst after operation between the two groups were not statistically signiifcant (P>0.05), while pain, wound infection after operation and stone recurrence rate after 1 year follow-up of study group were signiifcantly lower than control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01).ConclusionLaparoscopic liver resection combined with choledochoscope in the treatment of left hepatolithiasis is reliability and safety.关键词
