Abstract
ObjectiveTo investigate the expression level and clinical signiifcance in patients with abnormal glucose metabolism of blood lipid and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP).Method90 people who received oral glucose tolerance test were adopted as the research subjects in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2013, they were divided into three groups: control group, observation group 1 and observation group 2, the blood lipid indexes and the expression level of hs-CRP of the three groups were compared.ResultThe levels of TG, LDL-C, hs-CRP and CHO in observation group 1 and 2 were signiifcantly higher than control group (P<0.05), and HDL-C levels were signiifcantly lower than control group (P<0.05), but there was no signiifcant difference between observation group 1 and observation group 2. Abnormal blood lipid and hs-CRP detection rate of observation group 1 and observation group 2 were higher than control group (P<0.05), abnormal blood lipid and hs-CRP detection rate of observation group 2 were higher than observation group 1 (P<0.05).ConclusionHigh TG, high LDL-C are a typical characteristics of blood lipid metabolism in patients with abnormal glucose metabolism, combined with CHO, HDL-C, hs-CRP indexes can evaluate patients with diabetes and related diseases of cardiovascular damage, early diagnosis and treatment for patients with coronary heart disease and pre post evaluation has very important clinical signiifcance.关键词
