摘要
Abstract
ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical curative effect of concurrent chemoradiotherapy for advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Method200 patients with advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated in our hospital from August 2007 to August 2009 were selected as the research objects, were randomly divided into study group and control group, 100 cases in each group. Control group patients received conventional fractionated radiotherapy, study group patients received conventional fractionated radiotherapy plus DDP+ 5-FU regimen chemotherapy. Short-term curative effect, radiation therapy, local and systemic adverse reactions and short-term, long-term survival rate of the two groups were compared.ResultShort-term curative effect rate was 96.0% (96/100) in study group, signiifcantly higher than control group [87.0% (87/100)] (P<0.05). The differences of the two groups of patients with neck skin damage, the damage of the oral mucosa and nasal mucosa damage levels, leukocytopenia and thrombocytopenia were not signiifcant (P>0.05). After treatment, 1, 3, 5 year survival rates of study group were higher than control group (P<0.05).ConclusionFor advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma concurrent chemoradiotherapy can improve the clinical effect and prognosis of patients, prolong the survival period, and has high safety, worthy of clinical application.关键词
