Abstract
Objective:To develope a kind of small medical distillation and recycling pot for 1~10kg amount of herbs to extract volatile oil and recycle the organic solvents with low boiling point, and examined effect of volatile oil extraction and ethanol recovery effect.Methods: We made a small medical distillation and recycling pot heating, including extraction condensing and collecting part. We examined the following extraction: (1)The small medical distillation and recycling pot and glass extraction apparatus were used to extract volatile oil respectively in a direct fire heating and steam distillation in the control experiments; (2)The small medical distillation and recycling pot and glass extraction apparatus were used to recycle 50% ethanol in the control experiments.Results: (1)In the volatile oil extraction experiments whether direct fire heating or steam distillation, the small medical distillation and recycling pot could extract the essential oil as many as the glass distillation, with no statistical differences. (2)the small medical distillation and recycling pot could recycle ethanol as many as the glass distillation, also with no statistical differences. Conclusion: The small medical distillation and recycling pot could be used for 1~10kg amount of herbs to extract volatile oil and recycle the organic solvents with low boiling point, and worthy recommending.关键词
