Abstract
As the advanced talented reserve resource of nursing field in future, it is significant for undergraduate nursing students to develop the nursing occupation and stabilize nursing team. Undergraduate nursing education gives first place to courses education at home and abroad now, lacking plan of scientific systematic occupation and relevant content education. As to this problem, lead the concept of career maturity into nursing education to discuss the necessity of improvement and prepare career strategies and interventions so that they can improve career maturity development.关键词
