中西医结合治疗创伤骨折临床疗效分析

Abstract
ObjectiveTo observe the curative effect of integration of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the treatment of traumatic fracture.Methods120 patients with traumatic fracture who were admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were retrospective analyzed and randomly allocated to control group and research group with 60 patients in each. The control group was treated with western medicine methods including conventional external fixation and plated fixation operation, and the research group was further treated with internal and external Chinese material medica. The clinical curative effect of two groups was compared.Results In the aspect of curative effect, 95.0% effective rate of observation group was better than 63.3% effective rate of control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In the aspect of healing time, the mean healing time of femoral shaft fracture, tibial shaft fracture and fibular shaft fracture of research group were all shorter than those of control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). In the aspect of soft tissue repair, the excellent and good rate of soft tissue repair of control group was 51.7% with 93.3% of research group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Integration of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the treatment of traumatic fracture can help patients reconstruct bones of surgical area and improve soft tissue's consecutiveness with inside and outside consideration and treating both principal and secondary aspect of disease, which can well regulate patients’ soft tissue environment and improve repair function of soft tissue and bone tissue, as well as to help patients regain limb function quickly.关键词
