Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect and safety of nifedipine combined with irbesartan in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension.Methods 80 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension were allocated to the control group and the observation group.Patients in the control group were only received nifedipine bablets while those in the observation group were further received irbesartan.The curative effects,changes of SBP level and DBP level before and after the treatment between two groups were compared.Results(1)The clinical total effective rate in the control group was 70% which was significantly lower than that in the observed group (92.50%) (P<0.05).(2)The differences of SBP level and DBP level before and after the treatment of the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05) and differences of blood pressure levels after treatment of the two groups were also statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nifedipine combined with irbesartan has a significant curative effect in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension without any adverse reactions and it is worth promotion and application.关键词
