Abstract
Objective To explore nursing intervention on ventilator associated pneumonia for patients in ICU.Mthods 120 cases undergoing mechanical ventilation treatment were selected from January 2014 to January 2015, the patients were dividied into two groups according to random number method, the patients in control group were given general nursing, and the patients in observation group were given general nursing and improved the nursing intervention measures. The rate of nursing satisfaction and the rate of VAP was compared between the two groups of patients.Results Compared with the control group, the observation group with nursing satisfaction rate (98.33%) was increased significantly, and the rate of VAP (13.33%) was significantly reduced. There was significant difference between the two groups, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with ventilator associated pneumonia in ICU, nursing intervention can significantly improve the satisfaction of patients to nursing work, reduce the incidence of VAP, and it is worthy applying to clinical nursing.关键词
