Abstract
Objective To analyse the clinical effect of two kinds of nursing with Blu ray irradiation treatment of neonatal pathological jaundice.Methods56 cases of pathological jaundice in our hospital from March 2013 to February 2014 were randomly divided into control group with 26 cases and treatment group with 30 cases. The treatment group was given comprehensive nursing care, the control group was given conventional nursing. The two groups were matched with Blu ray irradiation therapy. The changes of serum bilirubin level in 1, 3, 5d before and after treatment, the family satisfaction and adverse reaction rate of two groups of patients were compared.Results There were no significant differences in the changes of serum bilirubin levels in the two groups before treatment (P>0.05).The changes of 1, 3, 5d in serum bilirubin levels of two groups after treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of control group and the treatment group was 84.6% (4/26) and 96.7% (1/30), there was statistically significant difference between groups(x2=10.416,P<0.01). The incidence of adverse reaction of control group and treatment group were 38.5% (10/26) and 10% (3/30), there was statistically significant difference between groups (x2=6.330,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Blu ray radiation therapy plus comprehensive nursing care can improve the level of serum bilirubin in patients, improve patient satisfaction, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, with the promotion of the clinical application value.关键词
