舒适护理对剖宫产初产妇术后康复的影响分析

Abstract
ObjectiveTo observe the effect of comfortable nursing on the rehabilitation of caesarean primipara. Methods 80 cases of cesarean section primipara were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group on the basis of routine nursing, were given comfort care. The comfortable condition, curative effect of Nursing (GCQ score), and the recovery situation of two groups were compared.ResultsAfter nursing, the GCQ score of the observation group and the control group were (114.1±4.3) points and (91.5±3.7)points, which were higher than before the increase of nursing, the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Postoperative VAS score of the observation group was (5.3±1.5)points, which lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The recovery time of the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The comfortable nursing meets the humanistic nursing needs and take the patient as the center, which significantly improved the comfort section of caesarean primipara, promote the postoperative recovery.关键词
