基层医院围术期麻醉手术风险评估与麻醉分级和术后并发症发生率的调查研究
The investigation of perioperative anesthesia operation risk assessment and anesthetic classification and the incidence of postoperative complications in basic-level hospital

Abstract
ObjectiveTo study the effects on perioperative anesthesia operation risk assessment and anesthetic classification and the incidence of postoperative complications in basic-level hospital. Methods A retrospective analysis of research methods was used tosurvey the 643 patients (both for endotracheal intubation anesthesia) from January 2010 to December 2013 in our hospital during the surgery,the blood loss,postoperative recovery of patients with average time,postoperative mechanical ventilation time and ICU stay time,complications,perioperative mortality of ASAand NNIS level for different grading surgery were analyzed and compared;Logistic regression analysis was used to get the relative danger of perioperative death.Results Under the two classification methods,surgical blood loss,postoperative recovery time,postoperative mechanical ventilation time and postoperative ICU stay time index difference had no statistical significance (P>0.05);The cardiovascular system,respiratory system and other complications and perioperative mortality difference were significant(P<0.05);Trauma,anesthesia classification and grade of cardiac function,art center vascular risk events were the risk factors of death in patients,such as the RR of relative risk were 1.532,1.423,1.440,1.398,respectively.Conclusion Improving the level of basic scientific research and management level with timely and effective evaluation of surgical risk,enhancing the anesthetic doctor's degree,reducing the incidence of complications of surgery and anesthesia are the key of the grassroots hospital workers face the next step work.关键词
