Abstract
Objective To observe clinical effect of the hyperbaric oxygen (HBO)combined drug treatment of helicobacter pylori (Hp)-positive patients.Methods116 cases of Hp positive patients were randomly into hyperbaric oxygen combined drug group (n=58, the treatment group) and simple drug group (n=58, the control group). After two courses oftreatment,we compared ulcer size and Hp detection rate of two groups of patients through thegastroscope before and after treatment. Results Compared with control group, ulcer sizes and Hp detection rate were significantly reduced (P<0.05),and there were higher effective rate(94% vs 69%,P<0.05) and lower relapse rate (13.20% vs 34.69%,P<0.05) in the treatment group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of the hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) combined drug treatment of helicobacter pylori (Hp)-positive patients is effective, and its recurrence rate is low. Therefore, the method is worthy of clinical application.关键词
