软坚散结方联合辛伐他汀治疗颈动脉粥样硬化的临床研究
Clinical research of curative effect of Ruan Jian San Jie Fang (Softening Hard Nodes or Masses Prescription) combined with simvastatin in the treatment of carotid atherosclerosis

Abstract
ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical application effect of Ruan Jian San Jie Fang combined with simvastatin in the treatment of carotid atherosclerosis.Methods100 patients with carotid atherosclerosis who were admitted to our hospital and hospitalized from July 2012 to July 2014 were selected as research subjects. They were allocated to observation group and control group with 50 patients in each according to the random number table method. The observation group received the treatment of decoction of herbs aiming at softening hard nodes or masses combined with simvastatin while the control group only received simvastatin. Blood lipid level, endothelial function, carotid IMT, the thickness of intimal plaque, etc of the two groups were compared.Results Levels of TC, TG, LDL after the treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group while the level of HDL level after the treatment was higher than that of control group(P<0.05); EMCs level after the treatment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group while the FMD level after the treatment was higher than that in the control group; After the treatment, levels of carotid IMT and intimal plaque thickness in the observation group were both lower than those in the control group patients(P<0.05). Conclusion Ruan Jian San Jie Fang combined with simvastatin can effectively reduce atherosclerosis blood lipid levels, carotid IMT and intimal plaque thickness of patients with carotid atherosclerosis, and optimize endothelial function.关键词
