摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the cefixime and cefaclor in the clinical effect of treatment of children with acute respiratory tract infection.Methods 61 patients children with acute respiratory infection were randomly divided into the control group and observation group.The control group was treated by cefaclor,and observation group was treated by cefixime.We were going to compare the clinical curative effect,the symptoms disappear time,the inflammatory factor levels and adverse reactions occur between the two groups.Results After the treatment,the clinical effective rate of observation group is 93.75%,and it is significantly higher than control group 65.52%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The defervescence time,the sound disappear time and cough disappearance time of observation group were significantly less than the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions was 27.59%,and it is significantly higher than the observation group 12.50%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). ConclusionThe cefixime on the treatment of children with acute respiratory tract infection is more prominent and secure which should be popularized and applied in clinical.关键词
