Abstract
ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of nurse patient communication skills in nursing work in department of respiration. Methods100 patients from department of respiration in our hospital were selected as the research object, and randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the number table method, 50 cases in each group. The observation group was given the regular professional care and nurse patient communication skills in nursing work, on the basis of regular professional care using communication skills. The control group was given routine nursing. The nursing effects of two groups were compared.Results Observation group nursing satisfaction was 98.0%, significantly higher than the 80.0% in the control group(P<0.05). Nursing complaints and error rate of observation group were 0 and 2.0%, significantly lower than that of the control group 8.0% and 12.0%(P<0.05). The average hospitalization time of observation group was (11.5±3.6)d, treatment compliance rate of observation group was 88.0%, significantly better than that of control group (16.8±4.1)d and 52.0%(P<0.05). Conclusion In view of the patients with respiratory ward, on the basis of the implementation of regular professional treatment, reasonable application of nurse patient communication skills can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction and treatment compliance of patients, reduce nursing complaints and nursing errors, help patients recover at an early date, worthy of implementation.关键词
