慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能及呼吸困难程度与体质量指数的相关性研究
Study on the relationship between lung function, dyspnea and body mass index in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between lung function, dyspnea and body mass index(BMI) in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),to provide evidence for diagnosis and assessment of the condition in patients with COPD with BMI.Methods156 patients were randomized into low BMI group, normal BMI group and high BMI group, the pulmonary function test was performed, and dyspnea was measured with 6MWT, the relationship between BMI,lung function and dyspnea were analyzed.Results (1)The FVC,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC of low BMI group and high BMI group were lower than normal BMI group, the FVC and FEV1 of three groups were significant difference (P<0.05); the FEV1/FVC of three groups were no significant difference (P>0.05). (2) The differences of 6MWT were significant difference between low BMI group and high BMI group(P<0.05), and the severe-to-very severe proportion of low BMI group was higher than high BMI group.Conclusion The relationship between lung function, dyspnea and BMI in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, which should provide the reference of assessment of the condition, evidence for diagnosis and prognosis in patients with COPD.关键词
