前后联合入路与单一入路对累及双柱的复杂髋臼骨折的疗效观察
Observation of curative effect of combined anterior and posterior approach and single approach in treatment of complex two-column acetabular fractures
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore curative effect of combined anterior and posterior approach and single approach in treatment of complex two-column acetabular fractures.MethodsClinical data 82 patients with complex two-column acetabular fractures who were admitted to our hospital from June 2009 to June 2014 were analyzed and they were allocated to the combined anterior and posterior approach group with 50 patients and the single approach group with 32 patients according to different approach methods.Results Excellent and good rate of reduction of patients with complex acetabular fractures in the combined anterior and posterior approach group was higher than that of the single approach group. Excellent and good rate of hip joint function recovery of patients with complex acetabular fractures in the combined anterior and posterior approach group was higher than that of the single approach group (P<0.05). The difference was statistical significant.ConclusionCombined anterior and posterior approach in the treatment of complex acetabulum fractures has a significant curative effect and good prognosis, worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
