摘要
Abstract
ObjectiveTo study phacoemulsification combined with different goniosynechialysis surgery in treatment of primary angle-closure glaucoma combined with cataract.Methods Selected 40 cases with primary angle-closure glaucoma combined with cataract were treated by phacoemulsification combined with goniosynechialysis surgery. Vision, visual acuity, intraocular pressure and anterior chamber depth were compared before and after treatment. Results Visual acuity after treatment was better(P<0.05). Anterior chamber depth and intraocular pressure after treatment improved(P<0.05).ConclusionGoniosynechialysis phacoemulsification surgery can be effective in the treatment of patients with cataract with glaucoma disease.关键词
