miRNA 在卵巢癌中作用的研究进展
The Research Progress of miRNA in Ovarian Cancer
摘要
Abstract
Ovarian cancer is one of gynecologic malignancies with the highest mortality and the worst prognosis. Cur-rently, it may be mainly due to the lacking of effective methods for early diagnosis and chemotherapy resistance. MicroRNA, a short non-coding sequence of an endogenous small RNA, can get involved in regulating cell growth, proliferation and apoptosis, mainly through degrading or inhibiting the target genes at the post-transcriptional level. According to some stud-ies, some of the tumor-associated microRNAs play an important role in the development, invasion and metastasis of ovarian cancer by regulating the expression of a variety of oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes in vivo. Meanwhile, there is a close relationship between the differential expression of special microRNAs and the drug resistance and prognosis of ovarian can-cer. Thus, making clear of the target genes and associated regulation pathways of the ovarian cancer-related microRNAs is of great significance for improvement of diagnosis and treatment on ovarian cancer. In this paper, we mainly reviewed the roles of microRNAs in ovarian cancer.关键词
