摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the regulation of apoptosis factor P53 (P53 up-regulated modulator of apoptosis PUMA) and its relationship with the clinical expression in laryngeal squamous cell.Method: The expression of 35 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma PUMA normal tissues using immunohistochemical method, and clinical analysis of its relationship with clinicopathological features and prognosis.Result:The expression of PUMA protein in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma was significantly lower than in normal tissue, were more significant between the two,(P<0.05); in laryngeal squamous cell PUMA with different clinical stages, histological grade, lymph node metastasis correlated.Conclusion:PUMA in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma was low expression PUMA laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma positive expression group, the survival rate and survival time was significantly higher than the negative expression.关键词
